• Proposals for presentations must be submitted by midnight on March 31 April 30, 2026, to the following address:  ar.ca.va.associacao@gmail.com   

• One-page texts (2,000 to 2,500 characters including spaces, excluding bibliography) should be submitted in Word format, Times New Roman, size 12, single spacing, with a title, the name and contact details of the presenter, the organization to which they belong, the thematic area in which they are registered, and a summary of the problem, context or data used, results or reflections developed during the presentation, as well as the main bibliographic references. 

• The official languages of the congress are Portuguese, French, Spanish, and English, both for proposal submission and oral presentation; 

• Feedback from the scientific committee: until May 21, 2026. 

• Registration: until May 31, 2026. 

• Final program publication: June 15, 2026. 

• Dates and location of the congress: Thursday, July 9 and Friday, July 10, 2026, at the Lisbon Higher School of Education, Benfica Campus of the IPL, 1549-003 Lisbon, (+351) 217 115 500, https://www.eselx.ipl.pt/mapa

• We have secured the collaboration of the National Arts Plan, which will support the publication following the congress, providing printed copies and hosting the digital version on its website. We will accept submissions until October 2026.

The registration fee for the congress includes the following activities:
- participation in plenary and parallel sessions
- round-trip transportation between the Lisbon Higher School of Education and the various locations in Sobral de Monte Agraço
- guided tour in English of the Alqueidão Fort
- the Invasion show
- certificates of participation and presentation
- reception in Sobral de Monte Agraço
- 3 coffee breaks
